Bona seminar, Druskininkai, 20th - 21st February
On February 20th - 21st 2008, in conference centre „Amabassador“ in Druskininkai has passed a demonstrational - practical seminar of products and the equipment of international concern Bona. This seminar has been specially intended for craftsmen of Lithuania specializing on laying of a wood floor. In total, 53 participants have taken part in the seminar. The seminar was spent by employees of Vilniaus Parketas, and by the representative of Bona division on glue manufacturing – Thomas Haack, Germany, and by the specialist of sanding machines – Toni Müller, Sweden. During the seminar three novelties for the Lithuanian market have been presented:
- Bona Speed System – a speed system for a floor levelling and installation. This system consists of such products: primer D550 Speed (it is not necessary to use it on a cement base), H650 Speed is a rapid drying and hardening self levelling and smoothing compound (using adhesive R850 Speed, the wooden floor can by laid after one hour) and adhesive R850 Speed (an elastic 1-component silane based adhesive that hardens from a humidity and remains elastic);
- Bona Naturale – the product of the next generation of wooden floor protection that is the result of several years of intensive research and testing at Bona. This is absolutely new product, and it combines the best from wood oil and wood finishes. With Bona Naturale it is get as close to an untreated look and feel as possible while still giving your wooden floor a degree of protection equivalent to that of top quality finishes. Bona Naturale treatment consists of such products as Bona Naturale 2-Component (a product for surface treatment of wooden commercial floors), Bona Naturale 1-Component (a product for surface treatment for wooden residential floors), Bona Naturale Base (a product is applied before Bona Naturale 2-Component), Bona Naturale Repair Kit (a product for spot repairs of any wooden floor treated with Bona Naturale), Bona Naturale Roller (the best roller for applying Bona Naturale products);
- Bona Dust Care Single – the unique vacuum cleaner that can be used with Bona Belt, Flexi Drum, Edge or Mini Edge and with sanding machines of other manufacturers. Using this vacuum cleaner, the sanding can be done practically without leaving any dust. Thanks to the powerful engine and the 2-step Cyclone, all dust is contained safely within Dust Care Single.
